It’s been a minute, but the ice rink at Cranbrook’s Kinsmen Arena is back in action.
The City of Cranbrook says the rink is open to school groups during the day, youth groups after school and for adults in the evenings.
Meanwhile, the Kin Club of Cranbrook free public skate returns February 4.
This after the ice plant restarted last week while repairs to the neighbouring Memorial Arena’s roof continue.
Both rinks have been shut down since September due to structural concerns with the Memorial Arena’s roof, the Memorial rink remains off limits.
See more information from the City of Cranbrook here.
