RCMP from both Pincher Creek and the Crowsnest Pass are on scene of a serious motor vehicle collision on a stretch of Highway 3 east of the Lundbreck turnoff.
Traffic on the highway has been shut down, and police are asking motorists to avoid the area.
There is a secondary route south of the highway, west of Cowley and east of Lundbreck, south of Highway 3 that is an option.
Detour by using Highway 507 through Pincher Creek and Burmis.
