Ministry of Forests holding meeting on proposed wildfire mitigation for Cranbrook Community Forest
The Ministry of Forests is planning to conduct fuel mitigation work on the east side of Cranbrook Community Forest to reduce wildfire risk.
The Ministry’s Rocky Mountain District Crown Land Wildfire Risk Reduction team is hosting a meeting to discuss some of the work being planned for the area.
The meeting will feature a presentation from Ministry personnel and you will be able to contribute to the discussion on the draft fuel management prescription map.
The meeting is happening at the Manual Training Centre at the Cranbrook Library on November 30 at 7:00 pm.
