Jail and Bail returns to Cranbrook’s Tamarack Centre in support of Cops for Kids

Expect to see some notable Cranbrook residents locked up at the Tamarack Centre.

The Annual Cops for Kids Jail and Bail fundraising event is happening Wednesday, September 13 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Through the event, members of the community will voluntarily arrange to be arrested and held in a fake jail cell.

They will be released from the cell when their bail is raised and donated to the cause.

100 per cent of the money raised through the event will be used to assist local families.

The Jail and Bail is happening at the Tamarack Centre as the Cops for Kids ride arrives in Cranbrook.

The annual ride has raised over $6.1 million to support local children in medical, physical and traumatic crisis.
