Fernie to host All-Candidates forum for Columbia-Kootenay-Southern Rockies

Candidates running to represent the Columbia—Kootenay—Southern Rockies have been speaking at All-Candidates forums in the East Kootenay area over the past few days.
The City of Fernie will be the candidates’ last stop in the area this week as the Fernie Chamber of Commerce hosts a forum in Park Place Lodge from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17.
Current Candidates confirmed to attend are:
- Rob Morrison – Conservative Candidate and Incumbent MP
- Jim Weidrick – Independent Candidate
- Kallee Lins – NDP Candidate
- Reggie Goldsbury – Liberal Candidate
Questions can be submitted online by April 15. Written questions will also be accepted during the forum, subject to time constraints and screening for relevance by Chamber staff. There will be no live questions from the floor.
