Cranbrook Bucks 2023-24 schedule released

You can start counting down to the upcoming Cranbrook Bucks season, the BCHL has realeased its 2023-24 schedule.

The season begins September 22, but the Bucks won’t be on home ice until October 6 versus the Merritt Centennials.

The Bucks will host the Trail Smoke Eaters for another New Year’s Eve showdown at Western Financial Place.

Cranbrook’s final home game is March 23, the BCHL regular season ends March 29.

The BCHL has released its 2023-24 regular season schedule, each team will play 54 games.

The season begins Friday, September 22, 2023, the Cranbrook Bucks will be on the road to start the season with a reignition of the Kootenay rivalry versus the Trail Smoke Eaters.

The Bucks have their home opener Friday, October 6, 2023 versus the Merritt Centennials.

Once again, the Bucks will host a New Year’s Eve clash with the Trail Smoke Eaters on Sunday, December 31, 2023.

Cranbrook’s final home game of the season is set for Friday, March 23, 2024 versus the West Kelowna Warriors and their final regular season game is Friday, March 29, 2024 in Salmon Arm versus the Silverbacks.

NOTE: The schedule currently does not include BCHL Showcase games, where each team plays two regular-season contests. The full Showcase schedule, as well as teams, location and dates for the BCHL Road Show event, will be announced at a later date. This year’s BCHL Showcase event is being held in Seattle, Washington October 22-26.

Buck Tracks:
– All but four Cranbrook Bucks home games are scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights (7:00 p.m. MTD).
– Three Cranbrook Bucks home games are happening on Sundays (November 12 vs Trail, December 31 vs Trail, January 28 vs Vernon). All Sunday games start at 4:00 p.m. MTD.
– Only one weekday home game for the upcoming season, Wednesday, January 17 vs Trail (7:00 p.m. MTD).
