A reminder to East Kootenay homeowners that 2026 Property Taxes and 2026 Residential Utilities are due on July 2.
To avoid a 10 per cent penalty, all payments must be received by the tax deadline of 4:30 p.m. on July 2.
Eligible homeowners must also apply for the homeowner grant through the Province of British Columbia before the tax deadline on July 2 to avoid penalties.
