Country Legend Alan Jackson Announces Final Live Show in Nashville

Country music icon Alan Jackson has been privately battling a degenerative nerve condition for several years — and now, the effects of the disease have led him to officially step back from touring.
“I have this neuropathy and neurological disease. It’s genetic — I inherited it from my daddy,” Jackson shared in a 2021 interview on the Today show. “There’s no cure for it, but it’s been affecting me for years, and it’s getting more and more obvious. I know I’m stumbling around on stage, and now I’m having a little trouble balancing, even in front of the microphone. So, I just feel very uncomfortable.”
At a recent show, Jackson emotionally told fans that the night marked his final road performance — but not his final show. He’s chosen to close out his touring career with a powerful tribute to the city that gave him his start: Nashville, Tennessee, aka Music City.
On June 27, 2026 Alan Jackson will take the stage one last time at Nissan Stadium for the grand finale of his Last Call: One More for the Road Tour. And he’s not going out quietly — he’s bringing some of country music’s biggest stars along for the ride, including Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, and many more!
Pre-Sale tickets go on sale October 15th – If you’re going to splurge on one concert, make it this one. It’s more than a show — it’s a celebration of a legendary career that helped shape country music, in the home of country music! There won’t be a dry eye in the house.
