East Kootenay residents travelling east into Alberta are being warned of strong winds.
Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for Crowsnest Pass, extending east along Highway 3.
The agency says winds of up to 100 km/hr are expected, with gusts possibly reaching 120 km/hr.

Environment Canada warns high-sided vehicles may be pushed around by the wind, and some property damage is possible.
Winds are set to weaken Monday (Dec. 15) evening.
