Fernie prepares for curbside organics pick-up

The City of Fernie’s new Curbside Organics Program is now in place for a September 23rd launch.

Residents simply need to place their new bins next to the carts they already use for garbage or recycling.

Area 2 will see organic waste pick-up for the first time on September 23rd while Area 1 will be a day later on the 24th.
