Respiratory infection outbreak reported at Rocky Mountain Village in Fernie

Interior Health has declared an outbreak of a respiratory infection at Fernie’s Rocky Mountain Village.

The outbreak was declared Wednesday, September 13 and is affecting the facility’s Avocado Unit.

Fernie residents and family members are asked to postpone any visits to Rocky Mountain Village at this time.
