Wildfire reported east of Baynes Lake

The BC Wildfire Service responded to a blaze over the weekend on the Lower Elk River near Baynes Lake.

The fire was discovered on Friday and is estimated at nine hectares in size.

It is currently being held by fire crews and is the only fire to spark up over the weekend.
