Local Chamber of Commerce business awards happening this week

Chambers of Commerce throughout the East Kootenay are celebrating local businesses this week.

On Thursday, the Sparwood Business Awards are happening at the Causeway Bay Hotel, while the Columbia Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards are on at the Ullr Bar in Invermere.

The Fernie Business Excellence Awards are happening at the Rusty Edge on Friday.

On Saturday, the Elkford Business Awards are happening at the Elkford Community Conference Centre.
